Throughline Strategy was founded in 2026 by Diana D'Amico Pawlewicz and Andrea Guiden Pittman — two researchers who, between them, bring more than three decades of experience studying the people, policies, and politics that shape American education.
We founded Throughline on a shared conviction: that the most useful work is work designed around the partner's actual questions. Our services span original research, policy analysis, program evaluation, strategic consultation, workshops, communications, and public scholarship — and our engagements are purpose-built, shaped by the realities of decision-making, and oriented toward findings our partners can act on.
